This container quick freezer is designed by based on the dimensions of a 20 ft. container, the outer dimensions are exactly the same as the 20 ft. container. The freezing room and the refrigeration system are integrated. On both sides of the room are loading shelves, which are also evaporators.

When freezing, the frozen products are firstly put in the stainless steel trays, and then the trays are placed on the shelves, the frozen products are directly heat-exchanged with the shelves through the trays, which greatly improves the speed of freezing, and the freezer is equipped with two fans with high wind pressure to speed up the air flow in the room to make the heat exchange more efficient.

The outer wall of the quick freezer body is made of conventional container material, the inner wall is made of stainless steel 304, the insulation material is polyurethane, and the shelves are made of aluminium tubes. The whole machine is finished the installation and commissioning in the manufacturer, the buyer receives the goods only need to fill refrigerant and connect the power supply, the machine can be ready to run.

This type of container quick freezer can be used for freezing poultry, meat and all kinds of aquatic frozen. The freezing time of a single batch is 4-10 hours, and continuous production can also be achieved by intermittent work of multiple units
