Steam blancher is belt type. The hot water beneath conveying belt produce steam, This type can prevent nutrition to run off cause the raw materials don't contact with hot water. This kind of blanching machine is also suitable for the raw materials which is easy to damage. And it can be used as cooking machine in shrimp processing plant too.
Immersing blancher is screw type. It is conventional blanching machine for vegetables processing. The range includes diced root vegetables, leaty vegetables and beans. The roller speed regulating system can be mounted according to customers' indication. Generally blanching duration is 2-5 minutes. Processing capacity from 500-4000kg/h.
The machine is able to blanch beans, pea, maize grain, mushroom, cauliflower,diced root vegetables and leafy vegetables.
