The washing machine is the first equipment in IQF fruit and vegetable freezing line. The machine is made by stainless steel 304 completely. Several air pipes are fixed in the bottom of the washer tank. High pressure airflow produce a lot of bubble to stir water, the vegetables or fruits can be cleaned in the washing tank for 2-4 minutes. The washing machine clean up the raw food materials intensively, efficiently and continuously. Except vegetables and fruits. It is also available to wash small pieces seafood and shrimps. We also produce spraying type washing machine for big volume fruits like watermelon.

The machine is able to washing almost all the vegetables and fruits, such as beans, pea, maize grain, mushroom, onion, cauliflower, root and leafy vegetables as well as fruits like cherry, orange, apple, pear etc. Big volume vegetable and fruit are not available, such as watermelon and Benincasa hispida.
